A pearl farm requires a specialised team of knowledgeable and talented workers - divers, skippers, deckhands, pearl technicians, scientists, mechanics, chefs, builders, plumbers, chippies and seasonal workers from all over the world. During the busy season we can have up to 70 people living at Cygnet Bay, making it a thriving and interesting community. Visitors will get the chance to meet many of the people who are part of this happy and hard-working team.
