Employment
Pearl farming is labour intensive and we are constantly on the lookout for adventurous, fit young people to crew the company's fleet of pearl-shell cleaning vessels. Each 10 metre cleaning boat requires approximately three deckhands (No experience required) and a Skipper (Coxswain Ticket).
The pearl farm is a land-based operation with the boats leaving shore each morning and returning late afternoon, working a 10days on 5days off roster all year round. Accommodation is provided in dorm style rooms on site and there is a mess to provide meals.
